labs

For individuals, labs improve performance under load. Participants learn to maintain control while speaking under pressure, resulting in clearer thinking, more stable delivery, and greater confidence in their ability to self-regulate in high-stakes situations.

For organisations, labs strengthen group cohesion through shared exposure and resolution. Teams develop trust and coordination by seeing how colleagues operate under pressure, without relying on team-building activities or forced interaction.

Labs require operational fluency in the working language. Participants must be able to speak continuously on a topic for 2-3 minutes without frequent word search. The work addresses cognitive control under linguistic load, not language gaps themselves.

Labs are designed for fixed groups of 2, 4, or 6 participants. They are delivered as compact, high-intensity interventions, typically lasting around four hours.

Labs are delivered on site at the client’s location within the EU.

Larger groups require longer sessions and are priced accordingly.
