The training is delivered as Q&A. It is conducted inside a simulated scenario. The only material used is your answers to the simulation questions. Your professional expertise and personal details are excluded.

The work is continuous judgement of your word choice, and your real-time adjustment in response.
It requires a high baseline of communication skill.

The training is practice-based and contains no added knowledge. It is one-to-one and of fixed duration.
