I help people think while they speak — under pressure.
Many speaking problems are not about language or confidence. They are about timing. Under pressure, thinking and speech often fall out of sync.
I developed LUP (Language Under Pressure) method over a decade of working with advanced and near-fluent professionals in high-pressure communication settings. Again and again, I saw the same problem: people had the language, experience, and expertise — but lost access to it the moment they spoke.
Native speakers typically drift or over-explain when control slips. Non-native speakers typically freeze or block. Both are control failures, not language deficits.
LUP focuses on what restores control in that moment.
It does this by identifying how an individual breaks down under pressure and intervening in real time, as thinking and speech start to drift apart.
My working style is direct and immediate. I don’t use scripts. I work with what is happening in the moment and address the problem itself, not its symptoms.
I work remotely from Lithuania, primarily with professionals across Europe.
